Ty Man & Preschool

Ty-Man has begun preschool! He absolutely loves it and he has a wonderful teacher that is gracious enough to work with him on things he doesnt quite understand yet...which is alot! However, he is doing well. He loves to carry his bookbag as he watches his older sister do the same thing on her way to school! His day starts out playing with playdoh or coloring until all the other kids arrive. Then there is a time of teaching about the days and months and the weather outside etc. Then they have a time where they go to different parts of the room and spend some time on various activities. One of these activities he can choose is snack time, which is probably his favorite time! Then they have a time of recess and then bible teaching. This is the hardest part for him, as he has to sit still without really understanding yet what the teacher is saying...however, I know he understands probably alot more than I realize. I was lucky enough to be able to sit in with him the first week. He is doing just fine without me in his second week. He kisses me goodbye and says "goodbye mommy!" as if not a worry in the world. I am thrilled he can take part at this wonderful christian school.
