The American Idol Experience

Ok, so I normally don't blog about myself, but this was such a fun experience I had to share. Disneyworld has an American Idol show, where they have people audition and then sing in front of a big audience with judges, etc. Its exactly like the show on TV. Anyway, after some prodding from Frank, I decided to audition. I had to sing for two different producers before and I was totally nervous.. after singing two different songs in the audition, I was told I made the show with two other finalists! I was scared to death! I also never have seen my husband so excited!!  LOL. What a fun time I had.  They had me in hair and makeup and the whole deal. The audience got to vote for us. I did not win, but was absolutely thrilled to be a part of this experience. It was fun to be walking around the park later and have people coming up to me telling me they voted for me. LOL!! Too funny. Anyway, the judges gave me some great compliments and good advice.  Check out the pics below as you can get an idea of what it was like.
