This weekend we celebrated Ty's 4th birthday. This was special to us because it was his first birthday with us as his new family. The day started with Ty celebrating in his Preschool class. His teacher, Mrs. Nehib, helped make a great celebration for him, while his classmates enjoyed cookies. Then we had a celebration that evening at our house...complete with Elmo decor and an Elmo cake. I don't think I've ever seen a kid rip into presents as fast as he did. LOL. What a wonderful time we had. Nana & Papa Cole were here to help celebrate as well as our dear friends the Nguyen family. We are so thankful for our son!

ty is such a sweet boy! he touches my heart with his constant spirit and smile. I love you guys and I am always open for babysitting.

So as I wipe tears of joy knowing what an answer to prayer Ty is, I rejoice that God is soooo good. I love how He knows the perfect answer to prayer and that Ty, fearfully and wonderfully made, is entrusted to the most wonderful parents He prepared for him. Pam and Frank, I miss you guys and thank you for "friending" me and letting me praise God for this answer to prayer. Hannah is gorgeous smart and a great diver I might add!!!!
